They may also be chilled and loved within the next day or two, if by accident, they do not all disappear.
PETITE QUICHES
Snack Game
Pastry for any 9-inch pastry spend
2/3 cup half &lifier half cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
4-ozs KRAFT Natural Swiss Cheese Slices, chopped
1 tablespoons of flour
4 crisply cooked sausage slices, crumbled
Line 24 miniature muffin cups using the pastry put aside.
Mix half and half, eggs, and seasonings mix well. Toss cheese using the flour add cheese and sausage towards the mixture. Fill muffin shells two-thirds full using the egg mixture. Bake at 325 levels 30 to 35 minutes or until gently browned.
Variation: Line bottom and 1-inch in the sides of the 8-inch square pan using the pastry. Pour cheese and egg mixture into pastry spend. Bake at 325 levels for 40 to forty-five minutes or until gently browned.
OLD British/BLUE CHEESE BALL
2 pkgs (8-oz each) cream cheese
2 jars (5-oz each) Old British Cheese Spread
1 jar (5-oz) Blue Cheese
3 tablespoons of dark wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic clove salt
chopped pecans for moving the balls in
Let cheeses warm to 70 degrees for simpler mixing.
Invest elements, except pecans, right into a mixing bowl and blend having a fork until well combined. After mixing, refrigerate the mix until it's stiff. Remove from refrigerator and divide into two equal parts. Roll each part right into a ball. Roll each ball within the chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until prepared to serve. 1 clove of garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
Mix all elements together inside a large bowl. Spread mixture inside a 9 X 13-inch baking pan that's been gently greased. Bake at 325 levels for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Reduce squares then cut each square in two diagonally.
Note: These squares freeze well.
